no, if I remember well you can use right-click on dom-package ... (Also to 
switch of automatic enhancement) before you run the app from eclipse

When it started happening to me I switched of automatic enhancement for 
datanucleus and did it manually.

What is the workaround for this in eclipse? I mean, to solve getting 
java.lang.ClassFormatError: Duplicate method name&signature in class file dom/ 
out of the blue. I do not have any duplicates in the code, but this still turns 
up..
