I now tried that so I set that property, but same thing happened, does not show 
the object form in the right layout. Only when I switch back to "Writing 
Transactions" and refresh the page twice it shows the right format.

isis.services.translation.po.mode=read

Thanks for clarifying, I forgotten about that feature. What happens to the 
layout if you force the app in read mode using 
isis.services.translation.po.mode=read
