Hi, The footer (and the header) is loaded as other configurable components - thru the component registry. See https://github.com/apache/isis/blob/master/core/viewer-wicket-ui/src/main/java/org/apache/isis/viewer/wicket/ui/pages/PageAbstract.java#L232 So to disable it you have to register your own footer component. Simple WebMarkupContainer should do the job.
