As I'm sure is obvious, there was quite a lot of surgery under the covers
to get this dynamic XML layout support, so I'm not that surprised that I've
broken something for you ... I think you are pushing the boundaries with
your custom Wicket components more than most.

If you could work with me to figure out what needs to be changed -
hopefully it won't be too difficult to fix - then I'll be happy to put out
a 1.12.2 patch release.  (Also for the missing cancel buttons, per your
other mail).

In the first event, could you raise a JIRA ticket so we can correspond on
that/share screenshot/attachments/anything else.
