Missing Eclipse Editor Templates

In the Eclipse chapter in the "Developer's Guide" on the site 
(https://isis.apache.org/guides/dg.html#_dg_ide_eclipse), there is a 
section "2.2.2 Editor Templates" that has links for three sets of editor 
templates for Eclipse (is - Apache Isis domain objects, ju  - JUnit 
tests and jm - for JMock mocks or libraries).  Each of these links 
result in a 404 error.

Are these templates available anywhere?
