Hi Marin, I've not heard of anyone using QueryDSL with Apache Isis, so I think you'll be trail-blazing. It does seem to have JDO support, which is the main prereq.
You might want to also raise a query on the DataNucleus forum to see if Andy Jefferson can point you at anything.
