Estatio Invoice Creation

Hi,
I'd like to know if there's such option to create invoice automatically. For 
instance if there's a lease for 1 year and the payment schedule is monthly.
Is the system able to create invoice by end of the month automatically and send 
it to the tenant ? or I have to create invoice manually ? Any other information 
/ manual regarding the usage of this system is greatly appreciated.
