I can't find English page. Direct link for .exe file is here; http://www5.justsystem.co.jp/download/ichitaro/ut/win/jstv2302.exe I can use this application on Ubuntu 12.10 with wine. When I use this application, comments are almost exclusively Japanese language, therefore, it may not suitable non Japanese-language-understandable-user. I hope it can be some help.
