JCRBrowser is a good content explorer ( http://www.sourceforge.net/projects/jcrbrowser). Here is a link<http://jlibrary.sourceforge.net/11/0/jcr-3.jpg>that shows the tool in action embedded in jLibrary (jackrabbit based application). The tool does not have any administration features but is a good content browser.
