jackrabbit remoting with rmi - problem with restarting tomcat

Hi,

When I run jackrabbit in a model 3 using rmi as the wiring protocol,
tomcat cannot restart. Its probably holding a reference somewhere. Is
this a known problem? If I turn off rmi it restarts fine.
