We've experienced a problem with a running system that has stopped yielding search results when searching on the document body. Searches on other properties worked correctly. Deleting the index directory and re-starting the system made everything work correctly again. We're currently using Jackrabbit 1.0.
Logging showed the correct text being extracted from the document (.doc) at the request of the text extractor, showed the correct JCR query being issued, and no results coming back. Has anyone seen this before? thanks for any pointers.
