I'm sorry for the silence. I had planned to cut the release already a few weeks ago, but then I dropped the ball due to other stuff. The release should be all ready in the 1.3 branch, so I'll just check it and try to get the release vote started already latest tomorrow so that we could have the release officially out next week.
