Just an empty message with something like "unsubscribe" as the
subject. The message content or even the subject is ignored, only the
address from which you send the unsubscription request matters.
If the address you are subscribed with is different from the one you
are sending the unsubscription request, you can use something like
this:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
You can also send a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] for
more instructions.
