Not that I know of. The persistence manager layer in Jackrabbit is a rather low level abstraction, like a storage layer in an RDBMS. So while it would be possible or even easy to implement a persistence manager that just stores content in a Subversion repository, it would be quite difficult (one might even say architecturally incorrect) to implement a Jackrabbit persistence manager that exposes existing Subversion content through the JCR API.
