Hm, i don't have experience in using 1.3.x code in production  yet (just 
trying to switch to 1.3.3). But this number means that CacheManager have 
to maintain (recalculate/resize) 163095 different caches each second, 
it's huge number for 2 workspaces and 30 sessions I think.

What do you think about resizeAll value (resizeAll size=163095)?
Is it too high? Is it normal?
