Oh ok, I got it (I hope). Currently, I perform an import by doing a session.importXML(...) in my class. Instead, I should do this right? ContentHandler ch = session.getImportContentHandler(...); MyImportHandler mih = (MyImportHandler) ch; mih.parse(input stream);
