Hi Phoebe, please delete the directory <tomcat-home>/bin/jackrabbit and try again.

the default for rep.home is <tomcat-home>/bin/jackrabbit and wsp.name depends on what your workspace.xml says in the first element. repository.xml also defines a default workspace, which is named 'default'.
