PDF notes on Examples page

A recurring theme seems to be problems sending PDF documents to 
browsers.  I've put up notes on what works for us on the wiki examples 
page:  http://wiki.apache.org/jackrabbit/ExamplesPage.  There are 
several tricks that, if overlooked, will essentially guarantee that MSIE 
won't properly handle PDF.
