No, the latest release version is jackrabbit-ocm-1.5.3.

You can either build it from the Jackrabbit 1.5.6 source package available from
http://jackrabbit.apache.org/downloads.html
or download a pre-built binary from the central Maven repository at
http://repo2.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/jackrabbit/jackrabbit-ocm/1.5.3/
