I'm not sure there is any yet, when we look at this : http://jackrabbit.apache.org/api/ 1.6 is the last one.
Personnaly, I use the Jackrabbit 1.6.0 API with the JCR 2.0 API here : http://www.day.com/maven/jsr170/javadocs/jcr-2.0/Maybe you could try generating javadoc from jackrabbit 2.0 sources. I'm not sure everything is documented though.
