copy() operation with WebDav over SSL fails

hello,

when copy()-ing nodes using the 'WebDav remoting' and SSL I get:
javax.jcr.RepositoryException: Forbidden

same thing without SSL works normal

using Jackrabbit 2.1.1, tried with tomcat 5.5 and 6

any ideas?
