Hi, I am wondering if it would make sense to allow users to configure the default root primary node type? The main use case would be to disable same name siblings, which also seems to be a concern for other users based on my web search. Without this I basically would need to first LOCK before I can add anything to the root node to prevent concurrency issues leading to unwanted same name siblings.
