issue) and seeing that instead of something like:

made me wonder... looks like I was expecting too much...

I'm not a PR expert, and the above words were written quickly, but I'm sure
that it cannot take more than 15 minutes once the text is decided to
prepare an index.html file with the above content and put it online for the
moment being. Again, if letting users (both existing and potential) see
what we get now visiting the site is the political decision, fine. Just
make sure the site(s) are online again ASAP.
