Thx for the answer Andy and sorry form my late response. I tried to get some information about the SPARQL Graph Store Protocol in Joseki. But for me it seems that it's only working with Fuseki, otherwise I don't know how to configure my Joseki (v.3.4.3) to get access to the dataset in the way you describe.
