I think you are running with the pages for 0.2.1 or earlier 0.2.2
SNAPSHOTS or youhave bookmarked such.
There aren't any jsps any more.
The control panel is
http://localhost:3030/control-panel.tpl
tpl (template) is actually a velocity template currently. Choosing tpl
means it can change transparently.
