It's not done well.
org.openjena.riot.system.ParserProfileChecker.
Checking is does as nodes/triples are created - too hardwired.
This is wrong - it should be a Sink that does the checking (c.f.
o.o.riot.pipeline which is half started/finished)
But it is right in that it has easy access to the line and column
information for error messages.
