I thought I answered this. It depends what you mean:

denoting a n-ary relationship?" Yes, it does, but you should fix the
things I mentioned in my previous message.
* "Does this instance of an n-ary relationship correctly and accurately
represent part of the domain model I want to use in my application?" I
don't know. What do you want to express in your domain model?
