However, it doesn't have the test file in it!

No idea when that got deleted. That ought to mean that the tests for it
now fail but eclipse can't find the tests either!!

No doubt there was some announcement of changes in that area but I must
have missed it or forgotten about it.

Yes, I wondered if it happened then.

That file was also used to test user defined XSD types, which were originally motivated by the DAML+OIL approach but are usable independently.

I can see that the name's a bit misleading :)

I'll raise a Jira to decide what to do about this.
