Command line: build LARQ index and read it in Java

Dear all,

With the tdbloader utility, I can load my RDF files as named graphs into 
existing and TDB store. I also want to create the indexes for my graphs 
and make them ready to my application. In the web page of ARQ it says 
there is the arq.larqbuilder command to build indexes, however I could 
not manage to make it work. And also, in the Java API, the constructor 
of the IndexBuilderString can take a File. I think it will be OK if I 
pass the directory in which I create the index.

Any of you has a script to build the LARQ index out of existing RDF 
graphs (residing in different files)?
