Holger - I don't have a complete picture of what's going on.
The test case does not show why geopolitical.owl is in TTL in the first
place. It is as if you have a local copy (transformed), either via a
LocationMapper of local management. Which is it?
If it's your own copy, why are you passing in the base URI at all?
