HI Andy,

The test case in JENA-577 is specific to nested SELECT having a projection in the subsquery; SERVICE does not use projection. It might be a that an analogous situation is arising.

Could you add a complete, minimal example to JENA-577 to illustrate your situation?

Hi,

no, it is a coincidence. ;)

It looks that it is the same problem, the only difference is that I use a
service call instead of a subquery...

Thanks and best regards
Andy

Andy,

Is it coincidence or correlation that I received a test case for this that was
sent within 45 mins of your email?

I've reduced that to a simple, debuggable example:

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JENA-577

Could you confirm that is the same problem you are seeing?

Hi Andy,

is there something new to this reported error?

My problem is that I run into the same one only by 'reorder' the
patterns.
