Jena 2.11.1 includes a new module (jena-maven-tools) for running
schemagen as a maven plugin.
Jena 2.11.1 is also maintenance release.
Some of the Apache distribution infrastructure is having a bad day [1].
There has been a hardware failure and the ASF infrastructure team are on
the case.
You can get Jena 2.11.1 now from maven.
This includes the distribution bundles that will go into
www.apache.org/dist/jena.
