Osma This is an artefact of a change to our download page to comply with Apache policy - the actual download page is at http://jena.apache.org/download/index.cgi but unfortunately if you browse to http://jena.apache.org/download/ then you get only the download template page with the broken links due to a configuration oddity of Apache CMS based websites
