ARQ function to test URI dereferencing.

Hi all.

In SPARQL, I would like to test wheter a bound variable is a URI
and whether this URI dereferences correctly
(basically, that URI/URL sent in a HTTP GET
shall return a 200 OK).

Is such a function available in Jena/ARQ?
