If you mean domain/range declarations then yes a DatatypeProperty is an OntProperty which in turn supports listRange() and listDomain(). Beware that if your ontology has complex domain/range expressions (e.g. boolean combinations) then all that listRange/listDomain will give you back is access to those class expressions.
