Hi Andy.

I will use only a part of the VSO ontology (Vital Sign Ontology), then I
will create my database with some fields present in the VSO ontology.
My question is whether using D2RQ I'll get popular ontology with data from
Mysql and if I can update this information?

Do you have any examples of how to accomplish this integration between
Java, D2RQ, Mysql and JENA?
