the reasoner question is key.

i have some little exp. on both OWLapi and Jena.

I have found both rather easy to follow.. OWL Api does have some neat
examples to follow about when managing .owl files.. loading data to the
ontology, managing attributes and so on..

Jena also provides a good way to manages resoners and SPARQL queries.. =)

so, do you know exactly what is it you want to work on this large file?
