I think there may be some confusion here. There is no connection between
Jena rules and the SWRL support in Pellet. You can't "add" a Jena rule
to an ontology. When you specify a Jena rule as part of the inference
configuration then the results of running the rule are manifested in the
query results but the rule itself does not become part of the ontology.
