The standalone server has "--jetty-config" wheer you can supply the
Jetty setup you want.
I'm not sure that option will remain. Better might be to run Jetty and
the WAR file, configuring Jetty how you want. This separates Fuseki
from needing to define how to run Jetty in all it's possibilities.
