[Asking the same question three times within an hour is counter
productive. People here are volunteers.]
It sounds like your TDB instance is corrupted and you will need to start
over with a fresh one.
One possible cause of this is you were attempting to write without using
transactions. Always use the transactions API.
Also make sure you are using an up to date Jena release.
