The version that works for me is the version .9 from 5/2013 at that site. The most recent version from git is broken. The group who created that are involved in a new effort referred to as "rsp" for RDF Stream Processing (https://www.w3.org/community/rsp/). Judging by the quality of the C-SPARQL effort I have high hopes.
