your question?
All the things you mentioned can be used for different things, which to
choose and how to combine is totally free and depends on the particular
use-case. How can somebody else tell you what in your planned
application is needed?
By the way, this is a JENA mailing list, supposed to discuss particular
questions around Apache JENA. Your questions is better placed at general
discussion platforms like StackOverflow or the semantic version of it.
