I just figured: To get from "2015-10-14T11:50:34.583+02:00" to "2015-10-14T11:50:00" some sort of string concatenation could also be useful. This works for me: CONCAT(SUBSTR(STR(afn:now()), 1, 17), '00') Thanks again and best, Peter
