Todd, Andy, I have the same problem, I'm running Fuseki 2 on a Google Compute Engine instance and can't get it to work, however Fuseki1 seems to work.
Looks like my shiro.ini file needs to be edited, how do I edit to allow user/password access to the UI? Thanks Trevor.
