Pubby connects to a SPARQL endpoint - Fuseki should work as such an endpoint.

Thanks for making things clear Andy.

Is there any to do what the Pubby interface does with Fuseki alone?

Hello,

I've been using Fuseki1 for a couple of weeks, and find the new GUI really
intuitive and easy to use.

I was wondering if there was a way to handle content negotiations using
Fuseki, like the D2R Server does.

Fuseki, 1 and 2, do content negotiation - i.e. choose the syntax based on
the request "Accept" header.

How are you accessing the server?

When I run a SPARQL DESCRIBE query, it displays all the data related to
that URI, is there a way to do URI dereferencing using DESCRIBE.

I don't follow. dereferencing is not content negotiation.

Thanks for your help.
