I came across an issue with left over .lock files, which prevent Fuseki from restarting under Tomcat (details in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JENA-1136).
I'm not sure if this specific to my environment (Centos 5.x).Perhaps other users of Fuseki as a tomcat webapp can comment, if they had or didn't have this issue in their environment with the latest Fuseki versions. Cheers, Joachim
