A copy is present in the SPARQL package:

It's there to so ARQ can make EARL reports to SPARQL-WG. Guess it
should be under src/test really.
It includes archaic terms such as foaf:givenname however, which have
new versions:
http://xmlns.com/foaf/spec/#term_givenName
Could you please regenerate the class? And move back to the main
vocabulary package?
Please make a contribution as a pull request on github.
c.f. JENA-1206 which contributed DCAT, Void, ROV and ORG.
