extends-specification OWL2

Hi there


my goal is to extend the meta-model OWL2 (the structural specification of
OWL2) that exists on this link  https://www.w3.org/TR/2012/RE
C-owl2-syntax-20121211/. Otherwise, I search to extend the class diagrams
that exist on this link by new components such as ProbabilisticClass,
ProbabilisticIndividual . But I do not know if this is possible.

for example, in this diagramme, it is possible to add the concept
ProbabilisticClass which extends Class, etc.
