Apache Jena is an RDF/SPARQL processing API thus, you can use any RDF
dataset on the web (modulo your system resources indeed)
And Wikidata can be accessed via SPARQL, reading documentation is the
way to go.


But your question is totally off-topic -> asking for datasets on tool
specific mailing lists is the wrong direction.


PS: The same holds for other mailing lists like Protege, OWL API, etc. -
before you post your question there as well
