Hi I do not know if it is relevant question to this forum but I will appreciate if some one explain how semantic web works and is better than the current web in "expressing meaning" of data. There is also meta data available for current web like we use in databases i-e title, name etc so what is Semantic web meta data differs from current web and how it helps in expressing meaning which will allow other applications to understand the data.
